Breeding Program
Bartender Joe Jack
Bartender Joe Jack stood at stud at Meyer Horse Co. for over a decade until he passed in 2019. He is the foundation of the Meyer family’s quarter horse breeding program being out of the great Joe Jack Red that stood at Pitzer Ranch. Jared took over the entirety of the breeding program in 2021. He is now standing a beautiful son of Bartender Joe Jack- Whiskey Meyers who is a 2018 Buckskin stallion. The foals off this program are good minded, quick learners and go on to be great ranch and rope horses. As an added bonus they typically have beautiful, thick manes and tails and a lot of hoof and bone. Jared currently owns and manages around a dozen broodmares and offers yearlings, some two-year-olds and three-year-olds for sale. Jared often keeps back some foals to join his riding program.
